About Us

Multicom (QLD) Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated business based in Townsville, North Queensland which has been operating since 1990. We specialise in structured Voice & Data cabling networks and VOIP telephony solutions. Our core business is Communications - which means we concentrate primarily on providing 'specialised' solutions for our customers by applying our vast experience, knowledge and resources to meet their needs. We provide solutions - very large to very small - and will concept, design and deliver a solution to suit you and your business. As certified Siemon, Molex, Panduit, Belden and Commscope specialists, our customers have peace of mind with their structured cabling installations, as they include long term manufacturer supplied guarantees; and, with our proven relationships over many years with our exclusive telephony business partners, you are rest assured that we know, support and believe in our products.

Our Team are fully skilled and drilled on the premium equipment that we sell, install and service. Our staff are also Multicom employees, not sub-contractors. We believe that skills evolve from on the job experience, training, by supporting staff, developing acceptable attitudes and by sustained high-level company performance - all of which are considered priorities at Multicom and which we know help separate us from the rest.

Our Customers range from small businesses to large multi-site operations; from local operations to businesses in remote locations; and from sites with simple needs to those with technically complex requirements.

Our Aim is simple - Multicom will continue to deliver 'specialised' communications solutions, quality telephone equipment, service and support to Townsville and regional Australia.
